Froehliche Weihnachten

Somehow it just doesn't feel as Christmasy when it's 75ºF. I'm sure we'll feel much different about this Saturday morning when it's only 16ºF.

Merry Christmas to all our family and friends.

Friday night Laura and I are jumping on a plane and headed to Germany for Christmas.  It feels like a trip long overdue.  My dad, grandma and grandpa have talked and talked about the great Christmases in Bavaria.  We’ll base ourselves in Munich for two weeks while we day trip through the Bavarian Alps.  We plan on meeting some relatives in Berchtesgaden, sightseeing in Salzburg and stopping at all the little spots in between.

  1. Have a great trip and post plenty of photos. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you, but have plenty of schnitzel, spatzel, gravy and wurst. mmmmmm! Don’t forget the cholesterol pills.

  2. Green with envy! Oh well…at least green is a Christmas color. 🙂 I hope you enjoy every second and take in as many castles and churches as you can.
